I spent two months in lockdown in the UK - far from my materials and studio in France. These are some of the works I managed to create from stuff around me. The process of making, of course, helping me to deal with death (my mother in law) and life (the birth of a grandson). I became obsessed with Plague Masks! I made several puppets out of old tights and used them as models for monochrome studies. Synchronicity was complete with the discovery of x rays of new hips - and the well preserved skeleton of a Blackbird in the garden. This is ongoing inspiration for some large oils eventually.......
